Havilah Restoration Centre (HRC) is a NACADA accredited treatment and rehabilitation facility in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County. Our vision is "To be the centre of choice through which God uses to save souls from addiction, alcoholism, and substance abuse." Our Mission is "To help individuals, families, and communities achieve freedom from substance abuse and its effects through Christ discipleship and love."

Since 2018, Havilah Restoration Centre has been offering help to family members who are either affected or afflicted by alcohol and substance abuse in the following ways:

• Prevention: We reach families to teach them how to talk with their children about alcohol and drug abuse. We also reach communities and schools to talk directly to the youth. This has played a great role in the prevention of alcohol and drug abuse.
• Intervention: Most people with substance use disorder deny that they are sick and need help. We take it as our duty to talk to them and break through this denial.
• Treatment: We have a 90-day residential treatment and rehabilitation program where we start by doing a comprehensive assessment, which informs the treatment plan.
• Follow Up: Follow-up is the continuation of the treatmeny process. We have a 24-month follow up plan where we continue to assist our clients in the recovery journey.

HRC has helped prevent youths from substance abuse addiction and rehabilitated alcohol and substance abuse addicts to regain sobriety since its inception through community and faith-based outreaches, schools, college programs, youth programs, and media programs. We are located at Eldoret town, Elgon View Estate, opposite acacia school next to acacia drive.

Because of the need to help addicts who cannot afford payment for residential treatment, we are appealing to well-wishers for support in provision of food, beds, beddings, and financial support that will help addicts who cannot afford to pay live sober lifes and contribute to the general improvement of the living standards of communities.
